Returns Policy

You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  Outbound and return freight are non-refundable. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Guarantee

We warrant our playhouses against manufacturer defects at the time of receipt. We warrant our homes to arrive in good condition and will repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. The purchaser is responsible for choosing a playhouse appropriate for the developmental levels of the children who will use it.
